Remote and historically underserved, the work of our interns to identify and enroll out-of-school children in this region can potentially have a powerful impact on girls’ school attendance there.

Lasoi’s family at home, October, 2023. Lasoi’s family is very poor and was unable to support the school fees for Lasoi or her younger sister Miriama to attend early primary. Both girls are now in school as of January, 2024.
