LORNAH YIAPENOI

Lornah volunteers as a Team Angaza for the northern Naikarra region, identifying and enrolling out-of-school children for Leshuta Primary School. She graduated from Mua Girls Secondary School and went on to earn both a Certificate and a Diploma Degree in Business Management. She has a seven-year-old boy, Joshua Tobiko and a three-year-old girl, Happy Namelok.

Lornah wanted to join our Team Angaza because she wanted to see change in her community, and believes that serving her people is serving God. “My hope for Maasai girls’ futures is to become bright. And what I hope is to help them get an education.”
