SALLY DENOTTA: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sally DeNotta is a respected large animal veterinarian and clinical assistant professor of equine medicine at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.  A lifelong horsewoman and outdoor enthusiast, Sally is passionate about the impacts of animals and nature on individual well-being and the use of small scale agriculture for promoting family health in rural communities. She is an avid believer in the power of education as a gateway to agency, autonomy, and success for women and girls everywhere. When not riding horses or teaching in the UF large animal hospital, Sally is an intrepid world traveler with a habit of scrambling to the top of the highest peak in whatever country she finds herself in.  She is tremendously excited to join the For the Good team and put her skills in veterinary medicine to work on behalf of communities and their animals in Kenya and beyond.
