“It is my work to tell them [the community] about the advantages of education to both genders. Also to tell girls that whatever a boy can do, a girl can do also.”

Sarah enrolls out-of-school children for Entashata, Empurputia and Oldoinyio Primary and ECD schools. She graduated from Kakimirai Secondary School and pursued a year of college studying social work. She has three children, Silvester Lempiris (6 years), Joy Sintei (4 years), and Caleb Lelian (2 years old.) She became a Team Angaza because she saw so many children suffering in her community, especially girls who aren’t given a chance for education. “It is my work to tell them [the community] about the advantages of education to both genders. Also to tell girls that whatever a boy can do, a girl can do also. My community will change as I [continue to] share with them what I’ve learned.”
