Shelly began her career in strategy and training for emerging technology companies. She later turned her sights to the nonprofit sector for a decade, before returning to the for-profit world as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the iA Institute, expanding their efforts of supporting women within the finance industry in developing their networks, leadership skills and seats at the table where decisions are made. While at iA, Shelly helped to develop the organization’s Community Impact Program, which provides vital support to organizations creating life-changing opportunities for women and families. She believes strongly that the path to a more peaceful and equitable world is through education and the empowerment of all people to live a life of dignity.
